    We’ll see if it gets through. I really doubt it will make it. They have been trying forever. It would take the whole world to dp the same otherwise, firms and traders move to overseas markets. It would be a job killer and hurt everyone for sure. Speculation is not a bad thing. Short selling is not a bad thing. Somebody has to do it and take the other side of your 401k purchases. If not, then adjustments will be made I suppose.
