Each futures contract will have a different cost per tick

Crude oil futures = $10/tick
Gold Futures = $10/tick

ES Futures = $12.50/tick
Dow futures = $5/tick

euro futures = $12.50/tick
Pound futures = $6.25/tick

if 10 ticks it is not 100 dollars
4 points=50 so 8 points equals 100$
